president obama: i'm barack obama and... i approve this message. >> good morning. i meteorologist jacqui jeras. we are continuing to track what is left of sandy, now moving across central pennsylvania. that's where the center of circulation is. still have a widespread impact from the storm to deal with through the morning. the good news is the worst is over. we will see improving conditions through the rest of the day. we still have heightened concern about some of the rain we have been receiving and flooding rivers and streams. that will be issued through a good part of the week. we have record rainfall from 5.5 inches at bwi 4.2 at dulles and 3.8 at reagan national. that was just yesterday, not to mention the rainfall we have been getting through the nighttime. many of us seeing well over four inches of rain. a very heavy band right now on the eastern beltway and baltimore down to annapolis and dunkirk and la plata. that will put down a half-inch with that steady band. take a look at what's going on off to our west. snow in the higher elevations. the blizzard war
